How do I login?

Before you select your payment method you can select whether you wish to complete your purchase as a Guest, New Customer or with and existing user account. If you would like to register simply click on “Oder as a new customer” and fill in the fields in the form.

 If you are already registered, you can log in before before completing your order.

Can I use my Stiegl Friends log in?

Since January 31st 2017, you can use the same log in data for the Stiegl-Freundeskreis as well as the Stiegl online shop.

Can I order products from the Stiegl Shop and Stiegl Freundeskreis whithin one transaction?

Sure you can! If you are a member of Stiegl Freundeskreis, you can shop at the Reward Shop as well as the "regular" Online Shop. All selected articles will be shown in your shopping basket. All articles will be sent in one shipment (if possible).

I forgot my password. What do I do?

If you‘ve forgotten your password, that is no problem! Just click on the login button in the top right of the shop. Click the “lost password” link and follow the steps. You will then automatically receive an email from us with a temporary password. We ask you to change it to your very own password.

How can I change my account information?

In order to update your account information you need to be a registered customer. Click on the “Account” button in the top right corner of the shop and login.
After login, you find a "My Account"-button on the top right corner, where you can update your account information.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer the following payment methods: Credit card (Master & Visa), Sofortüberweisung (Bank transfer) and PayPal.

How do I get a VAT Receipt/Invoice?

All our deliveries contain a delivery note, your invoice will be sent you via email. If you require an additional invoice, our customer service department is available to help you by phone +43 (0)50 1492-1992 or E-Mail onlineshop@stiegl.at from Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00 and Friday 08:00-14:00

What should I do if I don’t receive an order confirmation?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation please check your order data for errors and mistakes. If you don’t see any errors our customer service department is available to help you by phone +43 (0)50 1492-1992 or E-Mail onlineshop@stiegl.at from Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00 and Friday 08:00-14:00

What do I need to know about Stiegl gift tokens?

There are three types of gift token in the Stiegl shop:

1)      Email gift token: This type of gift token can only be bought and redeemed in the online shop and can easily be printed on a home printer.

2)      Printed gift token: This type of gift token (in multiples of EUR 25, 50 & 100) can be used for entry into the Stiegl World of Brewing and Brewing and Beer seminars. This type of gift token can be ordered in the online shop and will be delivered to the postal address and can only be redeemed in the Stiegl World of Brewing in Salzburg (Bräuhausstraße 9, 5020 Salzburg)

3)      Special offer gift token:  One off special offers with a special code which can be redeemed in the online shop

How do I redeem a special offer voucher or a gift token?

Special offer vouchers or gift token can only be redeemed in our online shop.

Those codes are made up of a combination of letters and numbers. This code can be entered in the shop checkout. After entering the delivery data in the checkout you will be able to enter your gift token code in a special field. After you have clicked the “Redeem voucher” button the value of your voucher will automatically be subtracted from the value of your Shopping basket.

Can I use a gift token more than once?

Of course, you may use your gift token at multiple orders. This is possible until the value of gift token has been used up.

Can I reload a gift token?

No we do not offer this service. Once your gift token has been used up you will need to order a new one.

What happens if I want to return a product that I bought with a gift token?

If you return products which were purchased in full or part with a gift token, the value will be rewarded as a new gift token code.

Where can I buy Stiegl gift tokens?

Orders within Austria are shipped with GLS or Austrian Postal Service (Österreichische Post AG).
Orders to Germany are shipped with DHL.
International Orders are shipped with Austrian Postal Service (Österreichische Post AG).

The shipping is free of cost if you order products above 70 Euros to Austria. 

* Exceptions from standard shipping costs do apply to Craft Beer Subscriptions, since these beers are sent at five different dates and shipments.



 

How do I return a parcel?

In case you like to return an item to us, please contact our customer service (by phone +43 (0) 50 1492-1992 or via e-mail at onlineshop@stiegl.at ; Monday - Thursday, 08.00 to 17.00 and on Friday , from 08.00 to 14.00). You will receive a return note and a dispatch sticker by email.
Please print out both and fill out the return slip. Put this form and the item(s) in question into a parcle. Ideally you use the original Stiegl shipping box.
Now stick the return label on the shipping box. Please make sure that the original sending-label is no longer visible. Bring the return parcle to your nearest DPD parcel shop. The costs for the return shipment of the goods are borne by the customer.
Once your return parcle has arrived, you will receive an email from us, confirming receipt.
When returning multiple items from different orders, all returns forms of each order must be attached to the package

The returning-procedure from countries other than Austria and Germany may differ from the procedure described above. In this case, our customer service will gladly explain the details to you.
 

How does the 14 day sale or return guaruntee work?

You may return the goods, unused and undamaged within 14 days. After verification within the 14 day deadline you will receive a written confirmation from our customer service department.

In the event that the goods were returned undamaged the full amount paid will be reimbursed via Bank transfer.

When I return goods how will I be reimbursed and refunded?

We ask you to report goods damaged in transit within 14 days of delivery to onlineshop@stiegl.at or by phone +43 (0)50 1492-1992 Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00 and Friday 08:00-14:00.

Under normal circumstances the good will be checked and exchanged. A refund will only be issued at the express request of the customer and is only possible within 14 days of delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us (Stieglbrauerei zu Salzburg GmbH, Attn. Braushop, Kendlerstraße 1, A-5017 Salzburg, Fax: +43 50 1492 1277, email: onlineshop@stiegl.at) with an unequivocal statement of your decision to cancel this contract (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form for this, but this is not obligatory.

How can I return goods?

If you wish to return one or more products please contact our customer service team via email at onlineshop@stiegl.at or by phone +43 (0)50 1492-1992 Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00 and Friday 08:00-14:00.Within the first 14 days of your delivery you may return the goods free of charge under our 14 day money back guarantee. If the problem is due to a production error, damaged goods, incorrect amounts we will be happy to exchange the good within 14 days of delivery.

What happens to my personal data?

All customer information entered within the order process are only used to process the order and expedite delivery with trusted companies and partners.

Naturally we treat all customer information in the strictest confidence. We will under no circumstances communicate Stiegl Shop customer data to third parties or unrelated companies.

Customers who have registered for the newsletter will only ever receive mails for the topics for which they have registered.
