In cooperation with the Upper Austrian family business Ed. Haas, we have developed the Original Stiegl Beer Mustard.

This particular delicacyis not to be missed at any barbecue or "Brettl Jausn". It fits perfectly to grilled, meaty or other hearty dishes.
But also marinades and sauces can very well be improved with this mustard.

Stiegl Beer Mustard is entirely made of natural ingredients, without added preservatives or thickening agents.

Recipe
How about a Honey-Stiegl-Beer-Mustard dressing?

It is prepared really easily and quickly.

You need:
  • 4 tsp. Stiegl Beer Mustard
  • 5 tsp. honey (liquid) - e.g. blossom honey
  • 4 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 8 tbsp. vinegar
  • some salt and petter
Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well mixed into a uniform consistency.
The mustard acts as an emulisfier and ensures that the oil combines with the water.
DONE!

The dressingis perfect for romana or lamb's lettuce.
